Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their dynamic and innovative tech company and lead the marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that showcase their cutting-edge products and services, increase their brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. You will also manage the marketing budget, monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and report on the results to senior management.
As the Head of Marketing, you will have a strong background in marketing, with proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team of marketing professionals in the tech industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically. You will also have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of customers’ needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the marketing team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support to deliver high-quality work
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that cover online and offline channels, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, PR, events, partnerships, etc.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring they are consistent with brand voice and message
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing activities using various metrics and tools, such as web analytics, CRM, surveys, etc.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Report on the outcomes and ROI of marketing initiatives to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices in the tech industry
Experience needed:
- Experience in marketing, preferably in a senior or managerial role in the tech industry
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels for tech products or services
- Experience in working with various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and trends in the tech industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
