Ampli Talent are supporting a leading medical company in the search for Digital Director. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that enhance their online presence, improve the customer experience, and increase their operational efficiency. You will also manage the digital team, oversee the digital budget, and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives.

As the Digital Director, you will have a strong background in digital, with proven experience in leading and managing digital projects and teams within the medical industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically. You will also have a passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the latest digital trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the digital team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that cover online channels, such as website, mobile app, social media, email, SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of digital projects across all channels, ensuring they are consistent with their brand identity and vision
  • Manage the digital budget and allocate resources efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and measure the performance of digital activities using various metrics and tools, such as web analytics, CRM, surveys, etc.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of digital projects and strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Report on the outcomes and ROI of digital initiatives to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, challenges, and best practices in the medical industry
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of digital efforts with other business functions

Experience needed:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing at a senior or managerial role in the medical industry
  • Experience in developing and executing successful digital strategies and projects across multiple channels for medical products or services.
  • Experience in working with various digital tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, techniques, and trends in the medical industry
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
  • Passionate about healthcare and our customers
