Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation across Europe.
  • Cultivate relationships with top-tier media outlets, including asset and investment management trade press, business and financial media, and broadsheet press, and secure impactful coverage for the company.
  • Identify and leverage newsworthy moments to create compelling, media-ready stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Serve as the primary media spokesperson for the company, handling all media inquiries and interview requests, and preparing company executives for media interviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, investor relations, and senior leadership, to develop and execute integrated communications campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading successful communications and media relations initiatives for financial services or asset management firms.
  • Strong journalistic instinct with an ability to identify newsworthy stories and create compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional media relations skills, including established relationships with top-tier media outlets within the asset management and financial services sectors.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive communications initiatives
